The world of biomedical technology is constantly changing, as is the job market in Europe. We have a strong need to include new female professionals in the technical and engineering fields of health care, and at the same time, we must be able to identify through the university preparation of pathways inclined to the evolution of the market in order not to make the course of study stagnant and to stimulate research applied to society through the concrete presence of professionals on the European territory. In terms of equity and equality, it is strictly necessary to rethink the living and social conditions of Young women understood as people entering society to bring their technical and professional contributions. How can we encourage dialogue and awareness of the problem so as to gain strength to define new collaborations, and new strategies to increase female and youth employment in our sector?
