Why Diversity & Inclusion matters today – Beyond differences

We are excited, in agreement with Prof. Melchiorre, to propose a webinar focused on Diversity & Inclusion.
The session will explore why D&I matters today, the impact of conscious and unconscious biases, and how inclusion drives innovation, better decision-making, and empowerment for all. We will also present Women Minding Their Own Business, a concrete project from the University of Tuscia, highlighting autonomy, leadership, and professional growth for women. Participants will leave inspired with practical ideas to make D&I real in their daily lives and organizations. In addition, WeWomEngineers will share a short survey on their Neurodivergent campaign to gather insights and support ongoing awareness initiatives #NeurodivergentInSTEM
