The joint 16th Nordic-Baltic Conference on Biomedical Engineering & Medical Physics and 10th Medicinteknikdagarna 2014
What makes this event special is that we are combining the IFMBE’s Nordic-Baltic conference with the Swedish MTF (Svensk Förening för Medicinsk Teknik & Fysik) annual national meeting in biomedical engineering. You therefore have the opportunity to attend a larger and more vibrant congress than previous years!
We look forward to a broad and interesting program with lots of inspiring and educational talks. This year’s conference theme is Strategic Innovation.

Some of the session topics will include medical imaging, medical applications of smart textiles, medical signal processing, eHealth and VR-based training.
The meeting aims at inspiring increased triple helix collaborations between health care providers, academia and the medtech industry.
This year we also have a particular reason to celebrate: this is the 10th time Medicinteknikdagarna is being held. That means you can expect to see some extra punch in the social events!
Conference papers will be published in either the IFMBE, or the MTD proceedings.
