Description

Multisciplinary Program
The Bootcamp 2026 program will focus on Decision Intelligence (DI) to support complex, high impacts decision making, combining data science, social science, and managerial science to improve how decisions are made. Incorporating “Human-in-the-Loop” (HITL) AI is critical in DI to ensure accuracy, safety, ethical compliance, and contextual understanding, particularly where automated systems might fail or require oversight. Designed in collaboration with academics and professionals, this is a short and effective 3 week course based on experiential learning and practical activities

A full-immersion experience learning by doing together
The Università Campus Bio-Medico di Roma is proud to bring back to Cambridge (UK) our residential full-immersion Bootcamp: an intensive 3-week training course in IoT and AI designed in collaboration with industry partners.

What is the Bootcamp?
The IoT & AI Bootcamp is an established international multidisciplinary learning experience with a 3-week full immersion intensive programme of lectures, labs, and project work to acquire technical skills and transferable skills. It is designed in collaboration between academics and professionals to deliver a highly experiential course entirely built with a project-based-learning : skills are taught in order to solve real use cases provided by industry partners guided by an interdisciplinary faculty and multi-industry advisory board.

Industry use cases
We believe in project-based learning. The programme is entirely built on use cases provided by our industry partners. Participants work in teams to find innovative solutions to real problems.

Who can participate?
Designed for undergraduate and graduate students (over 18 years old), post-graduate students, researchers, early-stage practitioners in engineering or computer science and young professionals that want to have an international experience and want to acquire IoT and AI skills in a professional environment.
